Our Grassroots Efforts
One of the things we are most proud of at Diversity Champions is our grass-roots efforts with young people to talk about what an exciting and lucrative opportunity joining the Games industry is for everyone no matter your background.
We travel around the country as well as offering remote workshops to schools and youth groups to talk about the different career paths into the games industry and how your skills and interests can transfer into different roles. It's all about showing diverse young people (and all young people) that there is a seat at the table for them and helping combat the talent shortage there already is within the industry and which is growing year on year.
